Hii!! I'm Jessi, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience, 1,200 clinical hours, and a career built entirely around women's health and nutrition. But my approach wasn't just shaped from a textbook. My own personal health journey gave me a front row seat to the exact struggles my clients face every day.
I know what it feels like to do all the "right" things and still feel off, and I know what it takes to find your way back. My work is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and training, but driven by something more personal: the belief that your health, body, and mind should be your greatest strength, not your biggest source of stress.

30-minute calls paired with your weekly async check-ins keep us connected and your plan on track. We review where you are, address anything that needs attention, and map out what's next so you're always moving forward with clarity.

We’ll start with foundational supplement guidance to support your energy, hormones, digestion, and recovery. From there, we’ll monitor how your body is responding and make adjustments as needed.
If we notice signs that something deeper might be going on (like fatigue, brain fog, irregular cycles, poor sleep, or chronic high stress), we can take a closer look through lab work. I’ll review key markers to identify areas that fall outside the optimal range, then create an evidence-based plan to support your body where it needs it most.
